Responsibilities

Integra is building an HR Shared Service Center ("Colleague Connect") in Ireland which will service all of EU, and we are searching for an expereinced Shared Services leader.

The Lead for Colleague Connect in Europe is responsible for leading the HR Shared Service Center, ensuring accurate, timely and efficient administration of all HR related more administration related process for all direct European countries.

Reporting to the Head of HR International / Head of HR Global functions this position will be part of the HR International team but will work independent with a small HR shared service center team.

Responsibilities include handling employee enquiries in accordance to HR policies, benefits and leave changes as well as shared services support including employment contracts, filling, onboarding, offboarding, leave of absence handling, Oracle H2R System Support, Covid19 case tracking, standard HR reporting.

Responsibilities :

  • Promptly responds to inquiries and questions from employees in accordance to company HR policies also in relation to benefits, vacation / PTO and tuition reimbursement if / where applicable.
  • This includes triaging the request, researching options, providing compliant and consistent answers, and engaging appropriate subject matter experts as needed.

  • General onboarding and offboarding of colleagues, including employment contracts, filing, onboarding, enrollment / de-rolling into benefits, incl.
  • contact to benefits providers as well as exit interviews.

  • Coordinate and execute various HR processes including, but not limited to : .
  • Leave of absence administration by country policy and regulations.
  • Tracking of PTO, vacation, personal leave by country based on implemented system / process.
  • Employment verification and sales credentialing in countries, where applicable.
  • Relocation and immigration administrative support.
  • Conduct periodic audits and compliance checks.
  • Employee relations tier one support in these instances with accountability of the respective HR Business Partner.
  • Creates custom and ad hoc reports using HR system on all HR related matters. Proficient with Oracle R12 standard reporting;
  • partner with HRIS to produce and distribute requested reports.

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence teams through participation in project work, and report and document generation as needed.
  • Understanding of local country regulations / policies with focus on Germany, France, UK, Switzerland, Ireland. Italy, Benelux, Austria a plus.
  • Fully understands company benefit plans for proper handling of employee requests.
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required in HR, Accounting or relevant field
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) desired or equivalent by country of employment
  • Must be fluent in German and English. French, Italian or Dutch a plus
  • Experience :

  • 5 years of experience in an HR shared service environment in Europe with first team lead responsibilities
  • Process oriented with the ability to create / recommend improvements to processes
  • Customer service oriented with the ability and desire to work in a team environment
  • Experience with Oracle ERP
  • Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent computer and excel skills are also required
  • Excellent organizational Skills, disciplined and self-motivated
  • Ability to recognize and act on all opportunities
  • The ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Must be highly detail oriented
  • Ability to plan, organize and priorities daily workload according to the Must Wins
