As the Market Development Lead, you will work with the country leader to own and create a plan and set a go-to-market strategy for the Google Cloud solutions.

You will coordinate the regional and local deployed solution specialist teams, to build pipeline and manage development of solution initiatives to ensure market traction in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

You will ensure technical and commercial readiness of solutions, including assets to enable the go-to-market teams, and provide field feedback to the Leads Ad Product and Engineering teams to help shape product direction.

Minimum qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role in an enterprise environment.
  • Experience with business development in technology solutions (e.g., infrastructure as a service, platform as a service, software as a service, managed services).
  • Preferred qualifications :

  • Ability to understand technology solutions.
  • Ability to establish and develop relationships with business and technology decision makers.
  • Ability to operate within a dynamic company and adapt to change.
  • Excellent relationship building skills.
  • Develop, align, and coordinate a go-to-market strategy for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
  • Ensure technical and commercial readiness of the solutions for the region.
  • Manage pipeline and business through focused system approaches for customers.
  • Coordinate the regional deployed specialist teams to assess prospects and land technology solutions with customers.
  • Manage regional insights on internal feedback, customer feedback, and specific barriers of sales with cross-functional teams to improve existing solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
