WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Conception, Implementation und operation of the support concept for your products along the life circle
  • Coordination, tracking and solving customer main issues
  • Proactive colaboration with support managers, product team members, external business and IT partners as well as experts for customer care and reporting
  • Representing the support management regarding your product in steering committees, board meetings and performance meetings
  • high grade of individual responibility regarding the support of your certain products
  • WHO YOU ARE

  • Degree in business, customer experience management or customer service or in a comparable qualification according to the chosen area of work
  • very good knowledge of incident & problem management
  • strong knowledge and experience regarding information management
  • long-term experience in the field customer care and support
  • high level of customer orientation and customer centricity
  • High affinity to digital services and customer needs in the digital area
  • Assured proficiency of digital applications (Messenger-Tools, Standard-Office-Tools) and a good understanding of Jira & Confluence
  • Very good English and German language skills (verbal and written)
