About us

The Store Concepts department within the MediaMarktSaturn Retail Cooperation is responsible to develop and implement international standardized concepts for our stores.

This starts from setting the standards for every store relevant topic, via planning the store layout to supervising the implementation of new store openings and modernizations.

Your tasks

Responsible for development of major / minor store concepts, e.g. department concepts or digital components

Close collaboration with relevant specialist departments

Preparation, validation and presentation of new standards and tests in connection with the Store Concept Circle

Definition and supervising store department modules within modular store system

Requirements

Entrepreneurial thinking and management skills

Conceptual skills and a pronounced understanding of operative business

Experience with assortment structure and visual merchandise

Understanding of customer insights and how to adapt concepts

Qualified knowledge of MS Office

Fluent in German and English, other languages would be an advantage
