The work assignment will be the Nokia base station and as a member of a L1 scrum team, you will be responsible for :
planning, designing, implementing, reporting and testing of base station functionalities
quality assurance of own code through code reviews, unit- and system component testing
executing technical activities and projects
analysing requirements and creating R&D documentation for feature teams
supporting project and program planning
introducing best development practices to daily job
developing specialist knowledge and solving complex engineering problems in different technology areas
supporting relevant technical studies
coordination of SW interfaces
You have :
proven track of experience in C / C++ programming preferably in embedded environments for mobile communication
experience in embedded SW development, distributed real time programming or DSP SW programming
object oriented design and programming
Linux operating system
test methodology, test automation
experience in scripting languages e.g. Perl, Python
enthusiasm in telecommunication or programming
experience in source code control tools like SVN and GIT
proven track of experience in Agile / Scrum SW development methodologies
good communication in English (both written and spoken) and basic communication in German (level A2)
Master's degree in Engineering, Telecommunication, Computer Science, Software Technology or equivalent education
work experience of 3-5 years
It would be nice if you also had :
Software optimization with profiling tools
Telecommunication domain knowledge (Layer 1 / Uplane / Cplane) in any technology (2G / 3G / 4G / 5G)
Machine Learning / Deep Learning
