The European Shared Services Retail Collections in Berlin is servicing accounts with a combined customer portfolio for Germany, Spain, Italy, France and BeNeLux.
The focus of this department is to loss mitigation through the negotiating with customer to reach a payment arrangement.
If payment arrangements are not possible the department is responsible for taking actions that reduce the potential credit loss for Daimler Financial Services.
