We are looking for a passionate anddriven Business Consultant Pharma DACH to be a key member of the sales team, usingyour sales experience and technical knowledge to provide customers with marketleading smart building HVAC / security solutions.

The desire to achievesales targets and ability to succeed in a fast-paced and highly matrixedenvironment is critical. A deep knowledge on the DACH Pharma market is neededespecially in Germany

You will be able to demonstrateextensive knowledge of the customers’ business, strategic drivers, added valueof Building Solutions , financial requirements in order to discuss and leveragestrategic business value in conversation at the highest levels of theorganization.

You will be able to identify key stakeholders and decision makerswithin the customer business. You have extensive knowledge on the way to themarket by using installer, general contractor, advisors / planners .

You will alsobe able to collaborate internally with multiple functions across theorganisation to ensure delivery of high quality customer propositions and havea structured approach, using a robust Management Operating System (MOS) toensure all essential sales forecasting and reporting requirements are fulfilledon time.

The successful applicant will be anambitious Sales Manager or Sales Account Manager looking to forge a careerwithin an innovative global business.

  • An experienced (5+ years) Business Consultant with a track record ofsuccess in selling building solutions, preferably to industrial customers
  • Has anextensive network at C-level with electrical and mechanical installers, Generalcontractors and consultants in the Benelux
  • Validatedexperience prospecting for opportunities and proven previous customeracquisition experience
  • Intelligent and articulate with excellentpresentation skills
  • Experience of using modern sales CRM systems
  • A confident communicator able to build mutually beneficialcustomer relationships
  • Fluent in German and English
  • The Business Consultant proactively leads, manage and execute the disciplined sales process from start to finish. They will establish strategic relationships and have a vision for developing a committed customer, anticipating customer needs and requirements ensuring that they are met every step of the way from sale to execution.

    The role will be expected to deliver profitable growth in the form of new customers and new opportunities; with results above the set quota in support of Annual Operating Plan.
