The primary objective of this role is to support Site's IT services and solution integration for our Sites in Greifenberg.
The candidate (m / f / d) will be responsible for ensuring the integration of new projects, large enhancements, and end-to-end solution / service integration.
This includes responsibility for ensuring uptime of IT services including Infrastructure as well as key software applications and ensuring resolution of end user problems is being driven, providing the appropriate level of issue escalation as needed.
The Site IT Coordinator (m / f / d) will also be responsible to install PC and provide hand and feet service to the different remote support organization.
This position is supervised by the SS&D Site Cluster IT Leader and has no direct reports.
Key Responsibilities of the S&SD Site IT Coordinator (m / f / d) include the following :
Hands and feet for the global projects / programs roll outs
Administration and life cycle management of site information technology systems (including PC, LAN equipment, out of scope infra, etc.)
Local compliance to internal IT standards, external regulatory and legal requirements.
Oversees E2E IT operations and services for the site / organization’s standard hardware, software and voice / data network solutions
Responsible for the renew, installation, and life-cycle maintenance of PCs, servers and LAN network connectivity equipment
As appropriate, provides escalated on-site support of hardware, software and network connectivity issues. Need to know the escalation process and people not only for infrastructure but also for applications
Acts as the primary point of communication between IT&P and operating, business and functional units
Performs local administration and operations functions as appropriate in accordance with standards, policies and procedures
May coordinate and direct the activities of volunteers and staff (key users) in cross-organizational and cross-functional teams
Management of site vendor services / resources, acting as IT DuPont contract manager for site specific vendors
Bachelor’s degree in IT-related study or equivalent
Several years of IT experience, Experience in Manufacturing environment considered as advantage
Experience in Service Delivery Management
IT technical breadth, analytical skills
Project management and information security experience is a plus
Experience in vendor management is a plus
Ability to work with cross functional global teams
Demonstrated ability to influence others outside line organization
Knowledge of Telecom applications and tools (LAN, WAN, VPN, Wireless, VoIP)
Understanding of Active Directory, Microsoft security, Firewall, etc.
Demonstrated proficiency in Standard S / W tools (Office10, Sharepoint, Pulse, etc.)
Experience working with Vendors, SLAs, product roadmaps, and support lifecycles
Strong verbal and written communication and collaborative skills
Analytical and presentation skills
Fluent in German and English
