As SAP BI Architect (m / w / d) your main tasks will be :
Strategical development of our SAP BI & Analytics landscape, conceptual design of the BI roadmap regarding upgrades, releases and tools
Guidance of business departments, end users and IT manager for all SAP topics in AXA Smart Data & Data Driven Company strategy
Close cooperation with IT architects in AXA Germany regarding the further development of BI in line with AXA IT strategy
Close coordination with operational SAP architects regarding SAP infrastructure and technical infrastructure
Continuous market observation and evaluation of trends and new technologies within SAP and non-SAP environments for BI
Independent development and support of BI applications along the whole life cycle from conception to deployment with main focus on BI backend solution
Essential : good knowledge in information management, data warehouse architecture, data modelling (OLAP, Relational, Data Vault) and reporting & analytics
Essential : good knowledge of following solutions and tools within SAP Business Intelligence & Analytics area BW 7.3+ (on-
HANA), HANA, Sybase IQ (NLS), BusinessObjects BI Plattform 4.2, Design Studio, Lumira, WebIntelligence, Analytics Cloud
essential : interest in trends and new technologies in the context of Big Data, BI & Analytics e.g. Hadoop, Amazon AWS Redshift, Snowflake, PowerBI, Tibco Spotfire, SAS, data virtualization technology
essential : good knowledge of ABAP and SQL, or comparable programming languages
appreciated : knowledge of SAP ERP / ECC and SAP data extraction technologies
used to work independently and proactive
openness and disposition to evaluate new ideas and technologies without bias
Familiarity s with modern development methods ( agile, Devops )
Team spirit and loving to work in a diverse and multicultural environment
Willingness to put customer first
Languages : Fluent German and English
