    We are currently looking for a Solution Sales Manager to join our Engineering team.

    As Solution Sales Manager you will be responsible for new sales of the specific engineering solution portfolio in the territory (DACH and France) and continuously feedback customer needs to the product organisation, enhancing the portfolio.

    Your responsibilities include :

  • Responsible for new sales,
  • Achievement of new sales, including expansion sales (upsell), revenue growth targets of portfolio in territory,
  • Create and execute on the solution / product penetration plan in territory,
  • Develop deep understanding of relevant customer segments, translating the solution value to be segment specific,
  • Accurate pipeline management and forecasting,
  • Negotiate and close contracts for new sales,
  • Provide continuous feedback to product and marketing teams and participate in projects to help marketing in meeting strategic sales objectives.
  • To be successful, you will bring with you :

  • Masters degree in engineering or material sciences (strongly preferred),
  • Experience selling to or working with engineering, material sciences or with geoscientists,
  • Proven new sales track record in competitive environments,
  • Background in complex solution-sales approach Consultative selling ,
  • Excellent analytical skills,
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills,
  • Fluency in English AND German,
  • Experienced in working in an international matrixed organisation,
  • Self-starter,
  • Frequent travel required (40%)
