Given the importance of the German market for decisions that impact customers / projects elsewhere in Europe, this role requires an individual with maturity to work in close collaboration with Kea Account colleagues across Europe as well as the pre-
sales and product marketing teams in the Paris office.
MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES :
Working as part of the international sales & marketing team, our candidate will be expected to :
Maintain & build on the good relationships with German automotive OEM's and their 1 rang navigation & audio suppliers at engineering & purchasing levels and with product marketing decision makers responsible for traffic & audio services
Demonstrate concrete experience of business development for solution sales and show capacity to close deals in a competitive market
Identify the customer's navigation & audio service expectations at a technical and functional level and demonstrate strong persuasive skills to influence future decision making
Listen, understand and report customer needs
Construct the German sales & marketing plan and implement it in collaboration with the teams in France, Poland and Nordics countries.
Support the development of the tools required to manage & develop International Key Account business
The position requires an experienced and self-motivated professional with a strong background in automotive, broadcasting and / or IT sector (linked to automotive industry).
An automotive supplier professional, with strong experienced in OEM's with positive experience in a similar post on international position.
Professional Requirements :
Engineer (ideally) or Sales & Marketing degree required
Minimum 10 years experience global experiences in the automotive industry in at least two or three sectors identified above
An experience an OEM or a major 1st rand automotive suppliers
Detailed knowledge of German automotive markets, with contacts in different car manufactures at European and national level
Experience at European level in various projects
Specific knowledge for digital communications, mapping or internet services would be a real advantage
German native, fluent business English will be required as management's day-to-day working language
Other languages like French, Polish or Finish are advantage for integration in the company.

Home office. Ideally in the cities with an automotive industry as Munich / Stuttgart / Frankfurt / Berlin. Travelling required (approx. 30% of working time).
