Work on consulting projects as assigned from start to finish.
Act as technical lead on projects as assigned.
Communicate with project managers regularly throughout service delivery
Lead the process to define and implement new services offerings and best practices.
Establish strong relationships with internal Sales teams.
Streamline training for new hires and assist with onboarding new practice team members.
Build and develop effective solutions for technical and organizational customer challenges
Create technical enablement and training materials for our Alteryx partners to understand our services, latest product features, value, and customer integration.
Participate in product and solution training to acquire and maintain a detailed level of product knowledge.
Communicating and delivering services remotely and On-Site once travel becomes possible.
Speaking confidentially with different audiences, including IT, end users, key stakeholders, managers.
5+ years of experience in a customer facing role, including technical support, presales, customer success or consulting.
Demonstrated thought leader in a domain or industry
Interest in Data Analytics (i.e., Alteryx technology, architecture, and resources)
Ability to have deep conversations with Enterprise Architects and Engineers to scope and deliver services in the enterprise.
Superior problem solving, organizational, decision-making written, oral, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with software installation and configuration.
Basic knowledge / familiarity with TLS / SSL
Familiarity with authentication methods (SAML)
Basic knowledge around Cloud (AWS, Azure or Google Cloud)
Deep understanding of Windows Operating Systems
High confidence speaking to IT, end users, stake holders, managers.
Exceptional ability to listen, assess and document information from partners and account teams.
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and continuously re-prioritize while maintaining a constant focus on participating in the sales process.
Fluent in written and spoken English and an additional language is desirable (Spanish, French, German, or Italian)

Basic cloud knowledge / experience (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
Knowledge about authentication mechanisms (windows auth, built-in, SAML)
Virtualization support VMware, AWS, Azure, Google
Strong knowledge of Windows Server and administration
Honest and confident
Know how to troubleshoot extensively if required (know where to go and to look)
PowerPoint and MS Word savvy

AWS, Azure or Google Cloud knowledge
Java, R experience (nice to have)
Fundamental knowledge about traditional RDBMS databases and / or NoSQL databases (Nice to have)
Experience with Alteryx Server and / or Alteryx Connect
