Contribute to the commercial objectives of the Power department by providing expert advice and business implementation support
Provide expert guidance on contractual matters, e.g. contract drafting, evaluation, negotiations and maintaining contractual records and documentation
Support Power teams in fulfilling relevant European regulatory obligations (e.g. REMIT compliance) and support the implementation of new market rules
Manage European transparency & EU data storage obligations, delivery of national EU transparency requirements (e.g. REMIT)
Scout power markets for new business opportunities in close cooperation with the Origination, Innovation and Sales functions
Provide project management expertise and front-to-end coordination for the Power team on internal initiatives e.g. business transformation projects as well as actively manage all stakeholders
Support ad hoc and business reporting requests by the Power Management Team
Educated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant subject : e.g. engineering, economics, mathematics; additional commercial or project management qualification advantageous
Detailed knowledge and experience of international energy markets requirements, processes and regulations
Operational track record in trading, power supply or dispatch paired with experience in contract management
A passion to drive change and deliver best value solutions for the business (aligning front to end requirements, processes and tools and ensuring change adoption in daily operations)
Willingness to establish and develop close relationships to others in and outside the own unit
Excellent communication skills for an international environment
Extensive analytical skills, personal responsibility and a self-starting attitude
Fluent in English is a must, German language skills are advantageous
