What You'll Do

  • Turn business questions into clear analytical problems and search for answers by analyzing historical data, collecting new data and conducting experiments
  • Active involvement in the establishment of a contemporary, data-driven and self-service-oriented culture in the company by creating, maintaining and sharing reports and dashboards as well as training and educating stakeholders on how to live a data informed culture
  • Develop relationships and work with sales, product, marketing, and other stakeholders to create and refine the tools and processes needed to drive commercial success
  • Partner closely with sales leadership to improve the efficiency of the sales processes and organization
  • Analyze customer buying behaviour and journeys and provide insights to optimize sales effectiveness & support commercial strategic planning
  • Manage continuously-evolving forecast models and methodologies, owning the quantitative analysis of the sales performance
  • Develop key sales support processes required to meet the growth targets of the business and drive revenue attainment and market development objectives
  • Align the execution of the sales team with the company strategy by defining main KPIs and goal tracking together with product leads and senior management
  • What You'll Bring

  • A strong analytical mindset and the ability to translate stakeholder requirements into questions for analysis
  • Profound knowledge of SQL, Python, or R.
  • Solid understanding of statistics (e.g. hypothesis testing, regressions, time series and association rules)
  • An academic degree in computer science, statistics, economics or equivalent training & experience
  • Experience with modern data analytics tools and platforms (e.g. GCP, Cloud SQL, Google Analytics, BigQuery, Metabase, Data Studio)
  • Excellent communication skills : you are able to clearly demonstrate and present your findings.
  • You are highly motivated and proactive, and you know that your success depends on the success of your team
  • You feel comfortable with taking on a wide range of tasks depending on the dynamics of the business
