Responsibilitiesarrow right

Responsible for defining and improving standards for production processes and procedures incl. specifications for equipment of respective ASC area.

Supervise implementation of defined processes.

Responsible for defining and evaluating of needed Know How within Plant Process Engineering; securing lessons learned and Know How transfer globally.

Responsible to establish and maintain a Process Roadmap for ASC.

Support process related VA / VE activities within Operations.

Perform technology audits globally to secure implementation of standards and improvements, evaluate and release possible deviations from standard.

Qualificationsarrow right

Degree education or equivalent in Mechanical Design.

Minimum 5-10 years working in a technical department, ideally experience in process engineering and in project management.

Good knowledge in production process and influencing parameter also as design for manufacturing.

Experienced in Project management and moderation of teams.

Good German language skills and business fluent English.

Dynamic and proactive with organization skills ans a high willingness for global travels.
