Mission : This new role focuses on our DACH markets in creating leading-edge CRM processes. This position will have the unique opportunity of impacting the development of our CRM activities across Europe.
Key Responsibilities :
Create roadmaps to accelerate and advance CRM programs - define strategy, approach, methodologies, frameworks and tools.
Drive CRM best practices across the organisation including how to acquire quality first-party data, target and track audience segments, optimise performance marketing and conversion.
Work with internal teams such as Consumer Marketing, Digital / eCommerce Marketing and Media to deliver an aligned customer experience.
Develop strategies across multiple brands at various stages of CRM maturity, with a keen eye for driving efficiencies while delivering personalization at scale.
Develop best-in-class segmentation and targeting strategies to deliver advanced, personalized consumer experiences and services.
Benchmark competition to offer up recommendations on best-in-class CRM practices.
Lead the digital transition of the CRM program to web, app, email / SMS and cross channel connected customer experiences.
Lead & inspire others in the implementation of this plan.
Knowledge & Experience :
4+ years’ experience in a similar role
Strong understanding of customer lifecycle and how to influence customer behaviour through CRM campaigns.
Proven experience in setting multi-channel CRM strategy and plans and in developing marketing content across different channels.
Experience in multi-channel campaign planning, delivery and optimization. Proven experience in setting up automated email marketing programmes.
Experience in segmentation, targeting and personalisation at scale.
Personal Skills :
Strong verbal and written communication skills, proven ability to work independently and with stakeholders across different geographies.
Experience working in a fast-paced commercial environment. Performance focused, eager to drive continuous test & learn across our DACH organization and throughout Europe.
Excellent analytical skills with experience of and comfort with using data to guide decision making. Attention to detail and planning skills are essential.
Fluency in both German and English required.
