We are hiring an exceptional Global People Communications Lead, a Professional, who is versed in Employer Branding and Internal Communications.
He / she will help us build an innovative employer branding and communication strategy that meets the needs of a customer-centric, fast-paced and growing business and organization, looking to attract and retain outstanding talent in all of our current and future markets.

To help us build a sustainable PPRO culture and ensure inclusivity we are looking for an individual who would like to help us find our PPRO people language and tonality internally and externally to potential talent.
What you will be doing : The Global People Communications Lead will be responsible for developing a PPRO internal communications strategy and roadmap as well as helping shape our employer branding strategy and approach.
The role is based in our Munich office and will report to our Chief People Officer.
You will :
Initiate and steer end to end communications globally as well as providing change communications expertise to various growth projects
Build an employer branding approach robust and innovative in nature to attract the right talent in the right place at the right time
Help shape and communicate a global attractive employer brand internally as well as externally by supporting HR projects like onboarding programs, employee surveys or mental health strategy as well as by developing content for the career website, social media, recruiting platforms, etc.
Partner with our Marketing and External Communication Leads, Talent Acquisition Lead and PPRO Leadership to shape the agenda and tailored communication
Develop and implement internal communication project plans, translating PPRO’s business and people strategy and vision into activity that will engage employees globallyDrive finding the PPRO unique form, language and tonality of all people-related communication.
Deliver clear, engaging and high-quality ad hoc communications via different channels
Meet and anticipate the needs of PPRO employees, using processes, tools and branding to deliver a consistent employee experience.
You'll need to have :
Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience in strategic and tactical communications, and end to end employer branding
Successful track record experience in an international, fast-growing work environment
Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of stakeholders
Simplify, rephrase and communicate complex content to different audiences
Strong project management skills
Versed in multimedia (video, podcast) and social media
Attitude to enable others to build communication skills
English - almost native speaker, as our company language is English
Affluent in Google Suite / presentation skills / Atlassian / virtual collaboration tools
