Your role in our team
You share Werum's vision of an integrated toolchain for a quick and reliable deployment of our digital products to our customer
You understand both our customers' existing IT infrastructure and are familiar with current trends (e.g. container technology, cloud solutions, edge computing)
You are used to work together with scrum development teams and have experience what it means to bring a product to many customers in short innovation cycles
As a platform architect, you design our deployment platform that is the basis for all of our products. This includes the definition of requirements and acceptance criteria (e.
g. Security, Technology, Operational aspects) for the deployment artifacts of our product development teams. This requires your professional collaboration skills that bring together different viewpoints and motivations of all stakeholder involved
In addition, you coordinate the work of our off shore platform development team and work closely together with the team's product owner
You are familiar with the high quality standards of the pharmaceutical industry and what this means for agile product deployments
Your profile
University degree in e.g. computer science / engineering / software development or proven experience in the area of IT infrastructure / software deployment Strong service orientation and good communication behavior
Good English and German language skills (verbal and written)
Profound knowledge in current infrastructure technology (container, kubernetes, cloud, virtualization)
Experience with current software development processes (e.g. Scrum) and current CI / CD procedures
Knowhow in current cloud development and deployment (e.g. AWS, Azure) procedures
Experience with the deployment of a complex standard product in multiple customer sites
First contact with a regulated industry (e.g. Pharma / Medical Devices / Banking) is a benefit
