About the job

As one of our HR Business Partners, you’ll be the prime point of contact for our entire products division in Visma e-conomic with more than 100 engaged staff representing 24 nationalities.

Just like you will engage with the HR team in supporting multiple Visma companies within our responsibility.

Your main tasks and responsibilities include :

Recruitment of primary tech / software related positions

Supporting managers on all people, cultural and organizational related matters

Contribute to training & development together with HR colleagues and external partners

Influence and challenge the performance culture by supporting performance development throughout the year

Analyzing trends and metrics in partnership with the HR Team to develop new solutions

Analysing workflows and internal HR systems and bring better solutions’ to the table

Supporting the HR Director or teaming up with HR colleagues on strategic projects

About you

As a professional, you are passionate about your discipline and find it intriguing how to continually raise the bar via your support to the stakeholders of the organisation.

You are a team player with great social skills that naturally encourages, motivates and supports your colleagues. We expect you to be driven by business impact and with the capability to build strong relationships to the business.

Further, you thrive working in a multicultural environment and you :

Have experience within the HRBP role, ideally 3+ years

Have experience within recruitment, preferably within the tech / software area

Have experience with training & development and facilitating workshops

Are experienced working within a multicultural organisation

Are experienced within operations, optimizing workflows and how to work smarter’

Organized and persistent : Able to prioritize, coordinate and get things done

Good at executing and able to balance strategic and tactical

Have excellent verbal and written skills in both Danish and English

You’ll be part of the HR team with 10 other skilled specialists, reporting to the HR Director. We are a shared service function who supports multiple independent companies within the Visma conglomerate.
