As local Bus Station Team Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to contribute to building a new vertical at BlaBlaCar.

Your mission is to ensure that the service offered to passengers is provided in Germany. In this role you will grow your skills in communication, management and operational excellence.
You will report to the Bus Operations manager and you will have multiple interactions with the local and central team, station agents, drivers
As such, the role requires communication and strong interpersonal skills.
What you will directly contribute to :
Recruitment of station agents and sales agents on the station platforms
Manage all the training sessions and insure the update
Coaching,animation and training the team and the newcomers
Team management from individual interviews to KPIs management
Definition and monitoring the team planning and insure the optimization
Insure passenger’s safety on the station
Manage smooth running of sales on the station shops
What you will need to be successful :
Previous experience on management in the tourism or transport sector
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proactive, operational agility and solution-driven mindset
High-energy, humble and motivated by innovation and constant change
German speaking, good level of English
