Senior Transaction Manager for Alternative Investments (m / f / d)

  • In order to sustain our continuous expansion drive we are hiring a Senior Transaction Manager for Alternative Investments (AI) in Frankfurt.

    Your areas of responsibility :

  • Daily contact with our clients, Fund Managers (FM) and internal colleagues based in different departments
  • Working on broad scope of alternative investments
  • Gathering information and documentation concerning the target investment
  • Responsible for project management , you will be in charge of coordinating the transactions and Due Diligence with all the involved departments (10 up to 12 internal teams) and external FM s (Worldwide)
  • Ensuring that the transaction is aligned with the legal, fiscal and regulatory requirements, furthermore ensure the operational feasibility (all the input is coming from the involved departments)
  • Administrating the transaction tool (SharePoint System), upload of documentation and input of information
  • Making recommendations for changes to processes and procedures and prepare documentation for review as required
  • The transactions are with 3 complexity levels (high, medium, low), depending on the target vehicle - needs to be able to deal with all of them after the training as team members back up each other
  • What you offer :

  • Successfully completed law degree (1st and 2nd state examinations Master’s degree or equivalent qualification in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related subject
  • Looking for a Senior profile no leadership experience required, at least five years’ professional experience in the Alternative Investments and / or funds institution or consulting firm
  • Experience in project management, process efficiencies, automation & standardization
  • Quick learner with very good communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Good interpersonal skills to network, communicate and interact with people internally and externally, solution oriented
  • Client centric mindset and superior customer service focus
  • SharePoint knowledge
  • Fluency in German and English
