POSITION SUMMARY

The Financial Analyst is responsible for administering sales bonuses for HACH European Sales and Service Associates. This role will work closely with a multi-

national team of Sales, Finance, Sales Operations and Human Resource Associates to ensure accurate and timely payment and accrual of sales bonuses.

The role segregates from the Sales Operations team who is responsible for sales bonus plans, analytics and guidelines.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Administration of quarterly and annual sales variable incentive programs for HACH European Sales and Service associates

Track attainment of associates performance against bonus plan goals and targets

Collaborate with Sales, Sales Management, Sales Operations, Human Resources and local Finance to ensure accurate and timely payment for associates on variable sales incentive plans

Provide a centralized and secure data storage for bonus plan targets and results

Works closely with Sales Operations, Sales and Finance to improve existing tracking and validation tools and systems

Modify bonus calculations as required for new hires, role-, terms- and Jump Off Point-changes

Provide explanation for deviations of bonus plan quarterly or annual results from Hach financial systems

Prepare and distribute quarterly and annual sales bonus performance reports to Sales Management and Sales Operations

Liaise with regional Management and Finance to develop and prepare bonus accrual per country

    Qualifications

    Studying at University with a focus on Finance or in-depth commercial or financial analytics background

    Computer knowledge of MS-Excel, MS-Outlook, MS-Word, OfficePlus mandatory

    ERP Experience

    Experience administering sales commissions and bonuses in a multi-national organization

    Very good verbal and written communication skills in German and English

    Resilience, flexibility and high operational readiness

    Independent, self-motivated and goal-oriented
