Qualification of new production areas
Conceptual design of devices and (partial) automation solutions
Introduction of (partial) automation solutions
Development of fixtures in production and coordination of their design
Preparation of documentation and validation requirements for new production equipment and processes
Qualification of new processes / production areas (FAT, SAT, machine capability analyses)
Development of optimization solutions for production processes (in cooperation with R&D and production)
Selection, documentation and provision of production and production aids
Preparation and updating of maintenance schedules of installed production and production aids
Development of work standards (in cooperation with the department management)
Preparation of operating instructions for production equipment / plants, performance and documentation of risk assessments of internally installed production equipment (in cooperation with the safety specialist)
Error analysis and troubleshooting of testing and production equipment
Supervision of maintenance, calibration and adjustment of measuring and testing equipment
Support in process validations
Participation in the selection and monitoring of technical equipment
Initiation of and active participation in measures relating to synchro processes
Active participation in the innovation process
Strict compliance with quality, occupational safety and environmental regulations and implementation of instructions from quality / environmental management representatives and the occupational safety specialist
Required Experience, Education, Skills, Training and Competencies
Master or Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering with focus on design, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or similar.
Advanced knowledge in REFA
Knowledge of relevant LEAN methods and tools
Experience in automation and streamlining of production processes
Experience in development, qualification and implementation of new processes / technologies in production
Experience in the development and design of mechanical and pneumatic applications
Advanced English language skills (GER-B1)*
