Our client, Excelian, a Luxoft brand, is a global consulting and software engineering specialist for the financial industry.

The Sales team at Excelian is responsible for the acquisition of new accounts and development of smaller existing accounts through new project / service wins from Excelian's service catalogue across numerous sectors including : capital markets, investment banking, wealth management, asset management, treasury and commodities trading.

The role will support our expansion in the local markets and we are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager who will drive as individual contributor to develop a core portfolio of consulting services in financial and fin-

tech industry while continuing to engage with the market to create and develop new relationships and opportunity.


  • The Partner Sales Specialist is responsible to identify manage and close newB for Luxoft line of services related to a partner (or a sub services line -
  • see next slide), to new and existing clients. Focus will be on new logos and on cross-sell of new Partner business to existing Luxoft or DXC clients

  • Own sales plan and global business development strategy related to a Partner or to a sub services line
  • Leverage Partner relationship to maximize business success
  • Own sales process from lead identification to contract signature, including business solicitation, opportunity qualification, proposal development, customer presentations, commercial negotiations, contracting and relationship with client's implementing Partner solutions
  • Work in close collaboration with Practices (VS & TS) and Partner Account Manager
  • Must

  • 10+ years' experience and successful track record in Sales or Biz Dev roles, selling complex business software solutions and services
  • Strong understanding of the Partner value proposition, strategy and its eco-system
  • Deep understanding of financial services domain, with particular understanding of the partner target market + related trends
  • Strong business appetite : "hunter profile"
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Proven demonstration, sales, analytical, and problem solving skills
  • Solid experience in communication with C-level management
  • Ability to communicate with technical and business audience
