Starting in January / February 2020, we are looking for a motivated intern (m / f / diverse) to join our Talent Management team at our headquarters in Hanover for a period of 4-6 months.

You will support developing and implementing global standard processes for a broad range of talent management related topics, concentrating on Talent Development and Talent Acquisition.

We’re focusing here especially on facilitating best methods and processes for hiring and selection as well as creating and managing tools and procedures which guide our employees through their careers.

Of course, you will get in touch with diverse topics in Talent Management, such as performance management, learning delivery, succession and development planning.

Your responsibilities will include :

  • Planning and organizing corporate projects using internal social media
  • Supporting new process design, analysis, and documentation (e.g. manuals, blogs and training materials)
  • Conducting research on global trends, deriving implications for Talent Management at Continental
  • Ad-hoc talent management activities and tasks (e.g. preparation of meetings, data preparation with Excel)
  • Qualifications Your responsibilities will include :

  • To be successful in this role you are studying business, economics, psychology or similar, with a focus on human resources
  • Ideally, you already have first working experience within HR and you would like to deepen your knowledge within this field
  • You are confident with the MS Office programs (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • You have good English and German language skills (both written and spoken)
  • High level of commitment, analytical thinking, and flexibility are characteristics that you own
  • An independent and autonomous working style, and organizational skills
  • Furthermore, you are enthusiastic about new challenges
