The Pay-Per-Use Solutions Director, Europe will report to the Pay-Per-Use Solutions Leader, Europe / Asia-Pac and be responsible for partnering with Account Managers within the Country Direct or Vendor sales teams to structure and close Pay-

Per-Use, Consumption and XaaS transactions

We are looking for 3 people and can be based in any of our European offices.

Day to day

  • Works with GBUs and Countries to advise PPU strategy and identify possible European PPU opportunities. This will entail regular travelling within Europe according to the location of the relevant PPU opportunity
  • Engages directly with Vendors and / or direct Customer C-Suite and Professional Advisors to explore and define product / services solutions fitting specific needs
  • Translates solution requirements into legal, finance, risk, asset management and operational deliverables for local DLL Deal Team.
  • Manages the DLL Deal Team to deliver the PPU solution through to and including all necessary internal approvals at a local country and European level

  • Assists Deal Team with setting up pilot country capability to be able to execute the PPU solution, and subsequently with the scale-
  • out export to other countries and Vendors / Customers

  • Contributes in delivering PPU thought-leadership to internal DLL / Rabobank and external audiences, including participating in external industry conferences and publications
  • Collaborates with the DLL PPU global community to ensure cross-sharing of PPU ideas and solutions
  • We not only live up to the expectations of our customers for today, but also anticipate their market needs of tomorrow.


  • Highly innovative, intelligent and resourceful contributor with his / her finger on the pulse of an entirely new industry with both significant opportunity and risk for DLL
  • Extensive structured finance, contract and commercial experience
  • Deep understanding of accounting and legal concepts and credibility to sit at the table with any customer or professional advisor
  • An ability to view an opportunity from all angles and to craft solutions in a logical and creative way
  • Commercial touch to drive collaborative working relationships with Direct and Vendor sales teams and country sales organizations
