Job purpose & main responsibilities and key tasks
To develop and implement the right Marketing strategies (brands and product) and fit to channel tactics to maximize the impact on turnover and profitability derived from the Sales & Marketing plan.
He / she leads the full scope of Marketing within the BU and supports the Strategic Planning process in accordance with ONTEX’s overall business objectives and strategies.
Analyse DACH Healthcare inco market, competitive activities and potential of the different routes to markets
Actively participate in the development of the HC-DACH strategic plan based on the divisional input and analysis of specific local market needs and opportunities, and develop a clear marketing plan to support implementation of the BU strategic plan
Implement the agreed plan by optimising the full marketing mix (Price, Product, Place, Promotion ) and define the distribution targets
Design the necessary tools and analytical systems to measure performance and accordingly plan, communicate and implement improvement recommendations where necessary including the win / loss deals
Develop and implement communication campaigns to support the implementation of the agreed strategy in all selected sales channels across DACH and analyse the results vs set of clearly defined objectives
Manage the marketing budget : Prioritise resource allocation, deploy resources strategically and monitor budget to ensure execution and efficient use of resources across brands and channels and brief selected agencies as necessary
Adapt the global brand / product strategy to the local needs, guide and monitor its implementation in DACH
Support the commercial team to realize their sales targets by providing training and sharing concept presentations
Take full responsibility for all customer events (exhibitions and trade days) ensuring alignment with company procedures and policies relating to marketing events
Be the key driver for B2B and B2B2C initiatives.
Responsibility to read, understand and adhere all company policy documentations.

Develop the marketing function & organisation
Coach, support, enable and challenge the product manager (and potential other direct reports)
Be a proactive member of the DACH management team and the divisional marketing team ensuring cross-functional and international collaboration and best practice sharing
