    Consultant Programme Manager

    Location : Europe

    As Channel Marketing Manager, you will work with the EMEA channel sales organization to define and implement marketing programs.

    You will set up the local EWS channel marketing strategy for Germany and create partner marketing plans with a focus on generating pipeline and revenue.

    Your main duties :

  • Work closely with the segment leaders to map the target sub-segments / micro-segments (ex : light commercial building, prefabricated, small retail, medical house, school, collective house, .).
  • Build direct relationships with consultants to gain insight into their needs, pain points and expectations (VOC, survey, experience rating ) to ensure we develop differentiating contents and consultant experience.
  • Develop a network with the country and key account Sales organization to gather additional feedback from their customers and gaps they see within their scope (region, segment).
  • Work closely with the segment leaders to develop the framework and the roadmap of the program including requirements, benefits and deliverables
  • Develop value proposition for target personas with the support of segment leaders
  • Drive continuous improvement plans within the program to increase efficiency for generating content and scaling.
  • Define the content packages for the audience and work with segment and BU teams to ensure they are created in a consistent and timely manner.
  • Define the training curriculum needs for each audience and develop, with the segment and BU teams, digital trainings, webinars, coffee learning forums.
  • Define BIM strategy (scope of coverage, level of detail required, in-house / external object development and hosting) and engage with the data teams to ensure execution and availability to feed Consultants in the planning phase.
  • Ensure that we have a great user experience for each audience through the creation of secure portals on the Eaton.com platform.
  • Work closely with the marcomm team to define and create the web structures.

  • Work with the segment marcoms teams to build the customer specific web pages in the secure portals.
  • Working with regional and zone marketing leaders, define a deployment plan for the programs to ensure proper levels of resourcing in the target countries.
  • Support these countries through the deployment phase to ensure smooth delivery of the programs.

  • Support the segment marcoms team in the definition of and creation of appropriate messaging and campaigns to target these consultant personas.
  • Define and lead / coordinate the development of new tools to showcase our capability (VR / AR, video flythrough ).
  • Define appropriate metrics and targets (coverage, design wins, Share of wallet, SLAs, ) to assess success of the programs and report on status of deployment.
  • Qualifications

    What we are looking for :

    Preferred :

  • University Degree or Equivalent in Engineering : Electrical, Power or IT Engineering are a benefit
  • 5 years+ of experience in the commercial building and / or residential and / or data centre market
  • Knowledge and experience of working in a consultant / designer roleor support role would be an advantage
  • Great communicator with good listening ability. Good level in English
  • Ability to work within an international and matrix environment, working with and leading virtual teams
  • Ability to work in a rapidly developing market (Energy Transition) with new business models.
  • Experience in developing value selling capabilities and working with specification teams is a plus
  • Experience in agile and scrum methodology, developing solutions through sprint approach is a plus
  • Experience in developing outcomes in an agile way (building up on Minimum Viable Product’) is a plus
