What you will accomplish together with us

Development and adaptation of regional campaign & product launch strategy

Management of a dedicated team focused on local launch execution

Strong partnership with global marketing ensuring clear communication of regional needs surrounding content, digital, events, and products

Regular alignments with sales and technical teams to ensure assets are adopted and teams are trained on successful execution of marketing plans

Tracking through execution of lead generation and management to ensure marketing activities are actioned upon by sales teams efficiently

Successful planning of execution of local event & webinar programs

Informed budget allocation and reliable budget management with the fundamental objective of sustainable investments that pay off

Monthly performance monitoring, analysis of and reporting on key performance indicators (KPI), enriched to recommended adjustments of the communication plan for the business including potential budget redeployments to the achievement of objectives to ensure

What will convince us

A Bachelor’s or similar degree in business administration, marketing, communication, media or a comparable field

Profound years of relevant professional experience in a similar marketing function

Relevant experience and knowledge in topics of marketing strategy and communications, media advertising, event planning & execution and lead management

Experience collaborating and supporting sales & technical teams is of considerable benefit

Several years of experience in project management and in the coordination of complex projects in a matrix organization

Strong digital expertise, data analytics capabilities and affinity to the new media, as well as tools

Excellent communication and presentation skills in written and spoken (especially English)

Entrepreneurial thinking and assertiveness, to survive in a fast-moving international organization dedicated to the growth

Strategic thinking and vision, based on diversified knowledge and appropriate perspective
