To support our Lab Excellence Team in the Business Unit Group Technology & Innovation in Frankfurt-Höchst, Germany, we are hiring a Change Leader (m / f / d).
Lead an organization through a Lean Transformation in R&D in order to increase innovative power and efficiency
Work with all levels of the organization, support and guide management team with transition through change process
Leverage knowledge and experience to teach other members of the excellence team, be a role model in lean thinking
Motivate and inspire people throughout the organization to engage in continuous performance improvement and act towards a common objective
Able and willing to deploy initiatives and apply creativity to further shape the role’s dynamics
Challenge the organization’s current way of working and identify improvement levers to increase efficiency and effectiveness along the entire Idea to Market process
Prepare, run and follow up on workshops and trainings (a.o. Kaizen, Visioning / Scoping workshops, Value Stream Design workshops)
Provide support and assist employees in form of coaching
Advanced in Lean Six Sigma methodology and in the application of Lean tools (e.g. 5S, Value Stream, Shopfloor Mangement)
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with minimum 3 years experience (preferably in the Chemicals industry)
Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies
Advanced degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Biotechnology or other physical science
Strong facilitation skills and training experience
Advanced project management skills
Advanced change management experience
Willingness to challenge the status quo, thinking and working outside of the box with an entrepreneurial spirit
Strong analytical skills and the ability to find creative solutions to problems
Great communication and inspirational leadership skills, and the ability to connect
Strong verbal / written communication and presentation skills
Profound coaching and training skills
Excellent relationship building skills, able to deal effectively with multiple stakeholders simultaneously
Self-driven, able to convince
Results oriented, with the ability to work effectively in teams
Fluent in English, German professionally proficient
High preparedness to travel (up to 50-75%), both within Germany and internationally
