Keysight is looking for an experienced, technical, solution selling professional for the Service Providers market in the DACH region.

This individual will work closely with Sales and Pre-Sales Specialists and the Operators and Service Provider Solutions Team to identify and close sales opportunities in the Service Provider industry in DACH region.

This position is focused on growing sales of Keysight’s broad portfolio of solutions for the Service Provider market. This sales professional will be responsible for taking share from competitors, creating new opportunities, developing strong customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction and success - the heart of our Keysight Leadership Model (KLM)

Success in this role requires close teamwork with Sales partners, Applications Engineers, and Business Development Engineers to qualify and prioritize opportunities.

A key skill is the ability to lead internal teams to manage deals involving multiple divisions and support organizations.

This position is for a highly motivated sales professional with responsibilities for :

  • Exceeding sales metrics by increasing revenue spend for assigned accounts
  • Developing and maintaining assigned accounts plans which outline how sales goals will be met on an ongoing basis
  • Conducting regular status and strategy meetings with the customer's senior management to understand their needs and link them to Keysight’s product / service / solutions strategies
  • Driving the sales process, managing opportunities and complex issues that require leadership and coordination with technical staff, divisions and other organizations
  • Regularly identifying new opportunities within assigned account and applying the appropriate action and resources to win the business
  • Building a strong sales funnel that shows consistent growth with a steady flow of sales resulting from it
  • Creating demand for Keysight’s products and services
  • Developing and building long term relationships and loyalty with customers while ensuring high customer satisfaction
  • Continuously learning new products, applications and technologies

    Job Qualifications

  • This position requires at least 5-10 years of sales experience in the telecommunications space, ideally dealing with Radio Access Networks, Operators Labs and / or Wireless Devices with an emphasis on winning competitive sales through exceptional account and time management
  • Strong understanding of wireless communications market
  • Passion for continuous learning in 5G technology and professional selling
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with customers at both engineering and senior management level
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Sound business judgment with organization & negotiation skills
  • Effective presentation and problem-solving skills
  • Native or Bilingual German and Fluent English required
  • BS / MS in or equivalent education / experience is beneficial
