About the role :
Qatar Airways is looking for a to support the Germany's trade and corporate client groups maximising revenue from these customer segments whilst providing a source of expertise to Germany's Commercial team in all matters relating to reservation procedures.
This is a temporary contract to support our contact centre in Poland until 31st March.
Accountabilities of the role :
Handling new bookings, servicing and ticketing for Qatar Embassy
Servicing all requests from IATA and Non IATA agencies via phone and email for Germany, Austria and Switzerland
Acting as an ambassador for Qatar Airways in all contacts with direct and internal customers by providing accurate and timely information.
Undertaking a share of administration duties required / directed to ensure smooth day to day running of the office.
Answer and follow up Medical Case with QR Medical
This role is office based in Frankfurt and you will be working closely with our contact centre in Poland.
About you :
The successful candidate will have the following :
A recognised trade or airline qualification
Experience of working within a customer service environment, preferably with an airline background or travel management company
Amadeus experience (Advanced Level)
Strong planning and organisational skills
Problem solving skills with an analytical mindset
Strong communicator with the ability to build relationships quickly
It would be desirable to have knowledge of BSP link, Agent Debit Memo's and Agency Credit Memo's
Fluency in German and English
You must also have the right to live and work in Germany to be considered for this role.
