What distinguishes you
Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent), preferably in business administration with a focus on marketing or media management
Advanced experience in campaigns or content development for digital marketing in B2B and B2C companies
Advanced knowledge of online marketing tools (SEO, SEA, SMM and web analytics)
Several years of leadership experience in operative marketing and / or sales organizations in order to cover the leadership challenges within international matrix organizations
Experience in scouting, selecting and managing external service providers such as marketing agencies
Proven track record of positively reached goals within a digital business environment, in terms of economic results based on a ROI calculation
Omnichannel approach as far as marketing activities are concerned is a must
Knowledge of direct sales logics, environment and drivers are considered a plus
People management and team working skills
Creativity and problem solving abilities
Fluently English speaking, other European languages advantageous (German, French, Italian)
Open to travel and work in an international and multicultural environment
Strategic leadership :
Define digital marketing strategy for group companies
Derive guidelines and requirements to be implemented in the digital environment
Work in a team with the central marketing department and local marketing counterparts to define the group marketing plan and enable its implementation
Act as a subject matter expert supporting the e-commerce department to plan and act in the overall company strategic framework
Select external service providers
Co-lead matrix-based lean international teams for digital marketing project roll-outs, in cooperation with e-commerce department experts
Perform top level business planning and budgeting for the creation and execution of digital marketing activities as well as the corresponding business outputs and goals (new and reactivated customers, customer value increases and loyalty growth), in close collaboration with the e-
commerce department leaders
Define central frameworks and content of digital marketing activities (webshop, SEA, DEM, Display, SMM, etc.) to be implemented in all local entities, in close collaboration with and under the lead of the e-
commerce Department leaders
