Our company is data-driven, as a DevOps Specialist in Business Intelligence your work is key to all decisions we make.

Your new role

Work closely with the data teams and be the cloud advocate aligning your ideas with their needs as well as keeping up with the devops and security best practices

POC, design and architect solutions for ETL pipelines. Hold regular trainings pushing for more cloud services like EMR, GLUE, Athena, Kafka, Kinesis, S3, Lambda etc

12 factor pattern is our engineering benchmark : Immutable Infrastructure, Containerization and Serverless is your daily job

Understand, design and implement solutions for data access management, and deliver solutions that help the business interpret data in a secure, auditable environment

Keep upto date with industry trends and current / emerging technologies

Your skills

At least 2 years of experience working with AWS Cloud.

You live infrastructure as code, you hate to repeat yourself and you aim to keep things simple. Experience with an infrastructure provisioning tool like terraform / cloudformation is required

Experience with optimizing and maintaining an enterprise data warehouse like redshift, big query, teradata, snowflake etc

For this you’ve been automating things with, Python, Go and / or Java

You have experience in designing and creating containerized CI / CD pipelines
