As a MidMarket AE you will adopt Sparta System’s sales methodology and adhere to the Sparta sales process in order to build and replenish a pipeline that supports attainment of your sales bookings targets.

A successful midmarket AE will demonstrate an ability to execute in every stage of the sales cycle; prospecting, qualification, discovery, demonstration, proposal and closing.

It is also imperative to collaborate with all of the appropriate internal resources to successfully identify a prospect’s goals, problems and needs in order to effectively demonstrate, propose and win new business accounts. Required skills :

  • 2-5 Years sales experience in a quota bearing role
  • Experience managing a $1MM+ pipeline and six-figure quota
  • Strong phone & presentation skills
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a high-velocity, high-volume environment
  • Fluency in German language
  • Preferred Skills :

  • Proven sales success in a high-growth SaaS company
  • Knowledge of consumer product, pharma, or life sciences industries
  • Experience working within salesforce.com
