Customer Solutions & Innovation (CSI) is DHL'scross-divisional commercial and innovation unit. We are responsible formanaging about 100 of DHL's largest and most strategically important customersproviding them with sector expertise, best in class account management and mostinnovative products & solutions.
We are looking for a Partner Marketing manager (m / f / x)who will be responsible for positioning of our partner program, generation oflead plans, content and activities.
Also execution of plan and production ofcontent and assets as well as measurement and optimization will be expected.
Plan and manage marketing activitieswithin budgetary guidelines and deadlines.
Work with partners to develop jointmarketing plans based on market trends and competitors.
Develop partner presentations and provideproduct training to partners.
Identify and qualify potential partnersfor lead generation.
Maintain positive and productiverelationship with partners.
Support partner events and manage partnermarketing communications.
Manage global partner program to achieverevenue goals.
Provide support in developing partnermarketing strategies and campaigns.
Develop partner marketing tools and ensurethat partner programs meet marketing objectives.
Evaluate the marketing performance ofpartners and recommend improvements.
Education / Qualification :
University degree or comparablequalification with preference in information technology / businessadministration or alike
Relevant professional experience of atleast 5 years
Excellent in English, business fluent inGerman or willingness to learn
Experience in marketing and partnermanagement
Deep understanding of marketing insightsand how to develop successful marketing plans
Practical experience in project management
Overall knowledge of partner managementand event management
Knowledge of DPDHL group product portfolioand its specific business models
Ability to self-organize
Professional moderation and presentationskills
Very good team player with ability toadopt to different environments / cultures maintaining integrity and loyalty atany time
Positive thinking and can do mentalitywith the ability to assertiveness in complex business organizationalenvironments, positive attitude in handling uncertainty
