As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) you will be responsible for orchestrating sales into the install base within NetApp’s Enterprise accounts segment.
CSM's drive the retention and growth of the install base through focusing on workloads, tech refreshes, renewals (including the addition of subscribers for Cloud products) and add-
ons. This will be achieved through proactive customer outreach informed by internal data, campaigns and outbound calls into the customer base.
The Enterprise Account Managers and CSM's are the primary points of contact for the Enterprise Accounts.
NetApp is looking for passionate and driven autonomous working Industry experts as Customer Success Manager. In this role, you are responsible for identifying sales opportunities in existing Enterprise accounts in a sales district.
Your goal will be to uncover opportunities and take them to the point of purchase with our field sales and channel partner teams.

Minimum level of Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies or Engineering. Other degrees will be considered. Native level speaker in German and ideally French coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Good interpersonal, negotiation and organizational skills are needed in order work successfully with prospects, customers, and cross functional teams to meet performance goals.
Knowledge of tools, SAP, Microsoft Office. Entrepreneur minded work ethic. Open, Positive Attitude, interested in Technology and how it shapes the future world.
