Summary & Role Information

The SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) organization is responsible for providing Cloud Hosted Infrastructure & Application Managed Services to our SAP Customers.

The Client Delivery Manager is the main representative of the SAP ECS, ensuring full accountability of the engagement, Customer Satisfaction throughout the Customer Lifecycle in HANA Enterprise Cloud and Cloud Application Services and renewals of the engagements.

We are looking for a Client Delivery Manager (f / m / d) for the following tasks :

  • Owns, develops and growths the client relationship for SAP ECS and acts as the voice of the client within SAP
  • Accountable for entire ECS engagement and acts as escalation point
  • Lead the engagement with supporting ECS functions and roles to deliver as per contract and in line with customer expectation
  • Actively drives the cloud transformation agenda to ensure S / 4 HANA adoption
  • Oversees client onboarding activities, upgrade projects and other service delivery initiatives
  • Conduct regular service review meetings with client (operational and strategic topics)
  • Perform contract compliance and risk management (project and business risks)
  • Ensure seamless alignment across multiple ECS and SAP internal and external stakeholders
  • Performs sustainable relationship management with client
  • Change request management in the client lifecycle
  • Actively positions additional ECS offerings and drives contract renewal in alignment with SAP sales teams
  • Experience (Role Requirements)

  • Fluency in English language is mandatory. Fluency in Italian, Spanish, Turkish or Portuguese language is an advantage
  • Reliable, self-confident, self-driven, committed and resilient work style
  • 5+ years of related work experience
  • Proven track record in managing client engagements, e.g. in Service Delivery Management, Consulting or Pre-Sales settings
  • Strong customer orientation with focus on relationship and expectation management
  • Understanding about technical infrastructure know-how and of virtualized system landscapes
  • SAP Basis, technology and / or functional SAP application knowledge
  • Knowledge of IT trends, their impact on business strategies and SAP’s strategy and service portfolio
  • IT Service Management, Cloud and IT infrastructure, SAP Basis and Application certifications are beneficial
