Amazon's Devices organization, which include Amazon Echo, FireTV, Fire Tablets, and Kindle E-readers. is looking for a Senior Channel Manager with a proven track record of selling products in a variety of channels.
The individual will be responsible for managing DE and adjoining countries retail channel accounts, building a consumer focused strategy, implement it and deliver the financial targets.

Be responsible for developing and implementing Amazon devices DE and adjoining countries retail strategy. He / she will penetrate the accounts and be able to engage across the account from working level team to CxO level and across all functions (in-
store / online / merchandising / marketing / operations / service )
Negotiate commercial Terms and Conditions with new and existing customers
Develop & execute annual partner sales & marketing plan, utilizing the 4Ps. Implement channel training programs, merchandising initiatives.
Prepare & organize regular business review with partners (QBR), working on long-term initiatives and share Amazon’s vision.
Manage day to day interaction review plans and address issues.
Work closely with the sales operations and channel marketing teams to drive account efficiency down to individual POS performance.
Drive POS advocacy with Channel marketing and Field teams.
Coordinate new product launch from critical path timing, collecting all needs and account specificities, channel allocation, POS / stock and sales reporting.
Remarkable Presentation skills. Ability to present and sell in externally with an excellent understanding of product features and account needs.
Ability to present internally to all levels of the organization
Drive testing new marketing initiatives within the channel / account which may include the development, execution, analysis and reporting out of results both internally and externally.
Curious, able to contribute and capture and leverage best practices across the company.
Several years of Experience in sales / account management with consumer electronics or high-tech products
Proficiency in English and German. Must be able to communicate complex business concepts in verbal and written form
Superior analytical skills and business judgment. Demonstrated ability in simplifying complex problems and articulating a clear path forward through the use of data
Extreme attention to detail and willingness to roll up your sleeves
Significant experience in delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment
Demonstrated ability to coordinate projects across functional teams, including product management, marketing, creative, legal and merchandizing teams
Strong leader with excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work successfully with and influence others at all levels of the organization
Proven ability to manage large numbers of initiatives and competing priorities
MBA or equivalent
High-tech consumer industry experience
