We're building the central ADAS compute platform for automated driving and parking systems and any safety technology. Developing our solutions for the biggest vehicle fleet on the market, we're making mobility safer and creating a new level of driving comfort.

We are working as a team defining and establishing a reliable, robust and safe system and software architecture using newest technologies in hardware, software and tools.

We collaborate with different stakeholders within Cariad and all VW brands while roling out the next generation software framework and ecosystems and enabling autonomous driving.

You will become a part of our international and highly motivated team in the area of autonomous driving platform & services.

  • Guide your development teams to excellence and efficiency by combining both areas between V model and agile principles
  • As a matter of course help to remove impediments, solve conflicts and help maintain the pace at work
  • Promote transparency and information flow throughout the organization and develop tools for reports and project status
  • Evaluate and implement new concepts and methods and design experiments to try them out
  • Facilitate ceremonies and coach the team towards continuous improvement

  • Academic degree in computer science, electrical engineering or a related field or comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in software processes and working in software teams
  • Basic knowledge of methods that develop security-capable software
  • Analytical skills, team work and self-organized way of working
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, German is a plus
