As a member of the Palo Alto Networks sales leadership team, you will build and drive the Prisma Cloud security sales team (CEUR) to exceed company objectives and grow the district according to plan.
You will manage the Prisma Cloud sales team on a day-to-day basis including pipeline review, Demand Gen review, Channel Review, and overall performance management of the sales team.
You will report to the Head of Prisma Cloud EMEA.
Recruit and hire, train and mentor new sales team members
Strive to deliver above target performance across the assigned account base and exceed key performance indicator metrics
HR responsibility for the Sales team in the territory (expenses, reviews, etc.)
Support field sales team in complex sales situations, build strategic account plans and apply a successful multi-level sales strategy
Assist channel team members in ensuring that partner sales staff are aligned in Palo Alto Networks drive towards strategic account planning
Act as a floating Sales Manager and fill in for existing team members in case of a resource conflict or vacation coverage
Provide an escalation point for issues that arise in the region
5+ years demonstrated success as a Sales Manager or Director in a similarly high growth environment
8+ years of experience as a Sales Account Manager or similar
Management experience with 6 + direct reports essential
Industry knowledge of cloud security products, market trends and directional awareness of Palo Alto Networks
Knowledge of how to deliver comprehensive security solutions to PANW’s customer base and maintain a general understanding of compelling sales strategies
Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills
Superb organisation skills
Motivated with a "whatever it takes" attitude
