The Regional Marketing Specialist GIGA (Germany, Istrael, Greece and Alpine / Switzerland and Austria) is an exciting role to develop and drive solid regional marketing plans in alignment with the EMEA strategy and the Regional Business leader Enabling Technologies (ET) and Robotics.

The position will report to the Regional Business Leader ET and Robotics GIGA.

A Day in the Life

We offer you a position where you will develop and execute a marketing strategy for our Big Capital portfolio within the Enabling Technologies and Robotic field.

You will develop regional plans and tools to support local sales organizations and expand the market by bringing our therapies closer to customers and patients.

Main tasks / responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a solid regional marketing plan from market analysis, strategy & vision, segmentation and positioning, communication, pricing, promo in alignment with the EMEA plan and the local needs.
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives between EMEA, the GIGA region and the countries.
  • Develop and execute a digital strategy by exploring and implementing a successful omnichannel customer experience.
  • Enhance our communication strategy and expand in the digital area by developing engaging and interactive marketing tools.
  • Analyze market size, competitive market landscape and other information from all sources and develop strategies to improve sales, decrease cost levels and increase market share for all product lines.
  • Build up a strong business intelligence database creating strong competitive insights and creates objection handling strategies to support local sales in daily business.
  • Develop a launch plan for Mazor X and a communication strategy for our Surgical Synergy concept that integrates imaging, navigation, robotics, implants and services into one solution.
  • Ensure local support with content and concepts for : GPOs, roadshows, cadaver workshops, congresses, courses, show room, reference centers, clinical evaluations, and any other marketing activity.
  • Coordinate Marketing material for sales force in local languages and support local sales / business managers in commercial launches, distribution, sales & customer training and reimbursement strategies consistent with strategic plans.
  • Develop KOL management strategy, concept and programs in alignment with the EMEA strategy and ensure execution.
  • Expand financing models, offering and pricing solutions.
  • Handles and executes regional field actions (FA) and supports markets with knowledge and insights to FA structures and roll-out.
  • Re-think the service model for superior customer engagement.
  • Must Have : Minimum Requirements

  • Master degree preference in international business or other relevant marketing or strategic marketing education.
  • At least 3-5 years in a marketing function from the MedTech or other strong marketing driven industries.
  • Experience with digital marketing and strong marketing and operational competences.
  • Proven track record to work independently with challenged objectives.
  • Highly motivated, can do attitude with strong influence management skills
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate (English written and verbal at high level) at all levels in an organization and with diverse groups, high interpersonal skills required.
  • Proven track record of good judgment. Demonstrated integrity and respect of peers / subordinates / all internal and external customers
  • Familiar with Business Conduct Policies in a multinational environment with high ethical focus
  • Ability to travel approximately 60%+, mainly in GIGA (Germany, Israel, Greece and Alpine)
  • Must have proximity to international airport

  • Proven ability to operate in a matrix environment and work effectively with sales & regional management as well as other functions
  • German language skills
