Your tasks

  • Person of contact and coordination for the entire inhouse facility cleaning team
  • Expansion of the facility cleaning team and / or deployment and coordination of an external facility cleaning company
  • Leadership, motivation and training of the facility cleaning team
  • Daily control of cleanliness in the different offices
  • Ensuring and improving work processes
  • Management of facility cleaning agents and cleaning equipment
  • Carrying out touch-up and cleaning work
  • Planning and organizing basic and special facility cleanings
  • Requirements

  • Completed training in the hotel industry, housekeeping or in a comparable environment
  • Professional experience as well as first management experience in the same or a similar position
  • Coordination, organizational and communication skills
  • Independent and quality-oriented way of working
  • Strong sense of cleanliness, aesthetics, order and hygiene
  • Fluent German
  • English skills are an advantage
  • Sustainability concerns you in your daily life and you are always striving to reduce the CO2 footprint in our company even further
  • Experience with external cleaning companies is an advantage
