You will :
coordinate international projects with a focus on implementation of new service models, customer experience, and business development
conduct analyses and establish concepts around service models, business innovations, business development and customer experience on a global scale
prepare strategic concepts, documents and decision papers and take responsibility in implementing them
evaluate and compare service and business models
be the interface to a wide range of stakeholders, locally as well as internationally
You have :
Bachelors or Masters degree with a focus on business administration, management, innovation, marketing, or a related field
at least 2 years work experience in service, business development, product management, marketing, or consulting; experience in a start-up environment is a plus
international experience either via study or work
an entrepreneurial mindset and you are a team player with a hands-on mentality
fluent language skills in English, German is a plus
