Business Development Manager Aftersales (w/m/x)

Your role

Taking the responsibility for the business development in Aftersales in dedicated regions and accompanying the strategic planning, operational deployment of activities, controlling the impact and defining adjustments where necessary

Developing data-driven business strategies to grow our Aftersales business in dedicated product areas or dedicated regions

Guiding and supporting colleagues within individual countries in the deployment of the strategies, campaigns and initiatives

Creation of data visualizations and tools to inform and steer the business day to day

Building up and maintaining a global network of Aftersales evangelists in the local sales and service entities and the headquarter

Working closely with the cross-divisional marketing team to deliver strategic business goals

Managing projects in Aftersales including new market launches, campaigns and the improvement of our toolset, for example digital marketing and sales channels

Your profile

Experience and / or professional qualification in a Business Development, Marketing or Sales discipline

Proven ability in the use of data and market analysis to develop business strategies

Strong project management skills and experience in collaborating in cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions efficiently

Excellent presentation skills, communicating persuasively and confidently to stakeholders, managing their expectations and concerns

Structured and thorough approach to work with high personal motivation and the ability to manage priorities and strict deadlines across a range of parallel projects

Track record of using agile methods in marketing, sales or IT projects is a plus

Experience of some / all tools :

data visualization and analysis tools, ideally PowerBI

CRM systems

marketing automation platforms, ideally Marketo
