Proudly formed from seven strong brands : OTT, Lufft, Kipp & Zonen, SUTRON, ADCON, HYDROLAB® and MeteoStar, OTT HydroMe t offers the combined strength and expertise of leaders in the water quality, quantity, surface weather, solar radiation measurement and telemetry fields with over 500 years of combined experience.

Main Tasks are :

  • Coordination of indirect distribution channels in Western Europe for OTT Meteorology (brands Kipp&Zonen and Lufft)
  • Responsible for the identification, commitment and on-boarding of new distribution partners for OTT Meteorology products and services
  • Effective management of distribution partners and development of a strong distribution network
  • Development of go-to Market plans for the individual sales partners, taking into account a sustained increase in sales revenues
  • Processing of daily business (internal administration)
  • Preparation of quotations and preparation of tenders
  • Organization of trainings, workshops, presentations including webinars
  • Strategic marketing and planning for business development
  • Reporting on the various sales activities in the different markets.
  • Creating accurate monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts.
  • Establishing and maintaining contacts with national institutional players and key accounts in the individual countries
  • Job requirements :

  • BS / MS degree in business administration (BA) or technical degree with BA acumen
  • Successful previous experience in a similar role, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
  • Strong self-initiative in the development of sales activities
  • Good communication and intercultural skills
  • Knowledge of distribution sales and marketing of industrial or scientific products.
  • Very good in English both oral and written and one other European language (preferably German)
  • Willingness to travel 30% of the time
