This Account Sales Manager role is being recruited to cover Baden Württemberg region in Germany.

Job responsibility is to drive business in own territory within portfolio of own business unit through selling to existing customers as well as new customers.

Identifies, develops and closes new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Promotes and sells product portfolio and solutions directly to current and new customers utilizing full understanding of hemodynamic monitoring as well as cardiovascular anatomy, pathology and physiology relevant to EW medical products as it relates to the business
  • Develops and closes sales opportunities identified by inside sales role utilizing creativity and influencing skills with new or existing customers on buying decisions using tact and diplomacy
  • Builds and expands network of customers across assigned territory to push Edwards positioning in the market while developing and executing annual plan to achieve territory objectives
  • Education and Experience :

    Educated ICU / Anathesia nurse required, 2-4 years years experience of progressive sales experience and medical devices industry experience optional

    Additional Skills :

  • Full knowledge of the strengths and limitations of assigned CC products and competitor products
  • Develops deeper understanding of own business, medical devices industry and selling environment of own territory
  • Full knowledge of account structures and developments in assigned territory
  • Full understanding of hemodynamic monitoring as well as cardiovascular anatomy, pathology and physiology relevant to EW medical products as it relates to the business
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Strict attention to detail
  • Understands customer needs, feedback and objections and explains products to influence customer perception of value
  • Utilizes creativity and influencing skills with new or existing customers on buying decisions using tact and diplomacy
