Eaton’s Early Talent Operations Leadership Development Program is a three-year rotational program designed to expose you to a variety of enriching, diverse and cross functional learning experiences.
Two assignments are in operations in the following areas : lean / continuous improvement, quality, project management, supply chain management, health and safety product line management or engineering.
One assignment is in a commercial role : technical support, product management, inside sales, product management. These experiences will provide you the building blocks necessary to launch you onto an exciting and engaging operations leadership career.
Participants will complete three one-year assignments in two different countries across our business sectors in EMEA region.
