    Position Summary

    The rise of powerful digital platforms has sparked significant changes in the way we work, communicate, and sell. At Infor H&L Digital we partner with key customers to strategize, design, assemble, and run their digital ecosystems that unlock customer, employee, and operational value.

    We lever Infor products and platforms to assemble our digital cloud services.

    We are looking for a Digital Strategist to help direct and execute our customers’ strategic initiatives when it comes to transforming their customer, employee, and operational experiences.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Infor H&L digital’s strategy on billable projects. These engagements will be in front of C-suite clients;
  • Maintains a technical aptitude and can confidently speak to Infor products and conduct technical discoveries;
  • Research on client engagements and will put a prospectus together prior to kick-off meeting;
  • Lead discovery sessions with clients;
  • Author deliverables to communicate with clients;
  • Present strategic deliverables internally and with clients;
  • Plan and facilitate workshops, hackathon, and other client interactions;
  • Able to come up with a strategy to prioritize opportunities;
  • Work with product development under other teams for Infor H&L Digital clients;
  • Build relationships with other Infor product teams;
  • Support and coach Infor H&L digital design / dev teams;
  • Occasional travel required
  • Key Requirements / Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • An entrepreneur at heart
  • Passionate about market trends in the technology sector
  • Digital orientated
  • Consulting skills
  • Formal customer-facing experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytic and critical thinking skills
  • Flexible minded; willing to take on additional responsibilities to support strategy team
  • Creative thinker who is adept at working on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable adding new ideas
  • Ability to think strategically and execute with attention to detail
  • High performer with a willingness to take initiative and be resourceful
  • Fluent in German and English language
