OneSpan is looking for a Regional Sales Manager Strategic Accounts to support our sales team in Germany.
The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will have the responsibility to sell our products and services and develop relationships with new and existing Strategic Accounts within the Financial Services vertical, primarily Banking.
Key responsibilities and duties :
The RSM will work independently to create and execute a mid- and long-term business plan to identify, prospect, and develop their business within their financial services named accounts.
To achieve the new business revenue and territory development goals, the RSM will :
Identify client needs through client consultation and stakeholder requirement gathering
Develop long-term and high level business relationships with key contacts at designated accounts; maintain 100% client retention, satisfaction and loyalty
Expand and develop (new / existing) financial strategic accounts
Manage the growth and market share of designated accounts through the successful implementation of OneSpan’s client services strategy
Offer unique perspectives to customers with excellent two-way communication skills
Present company overview and business solutions through online and in-person presentations and demonstrations.
Maintain an accurate quarterly forecast
Superior knowledge of customer value drivers and ability to identify economic drivers
Experience with working with large Banks / Accounts
Comfort discussing pricing and value
Ability to lead the customer, be a resource, and solve problems
Ability to qualify opportunities and generate revenue over the phone, or in-person
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to develop trusted relationships over time and the ability to make and execute mid- to long-term account plans
Exceptional customer impact; ability to provide enough value in the account management process that the customer would write a check for a meeting
A minimum 5-7 years’ experience selling software applications to financial institutions; experience in selling IT Security Solutions a plus
Strong work ethic and communication skills
Ability to travel on average 50% of the time covering a Regional Account Territory
